DEXA
The DEXA scan uses a low-dose x-ray and provides information about bone mineral density, fat, and fat-free mass in to specific regions of the body with an accuracy of ±2%.

DEXA + RMR Package
These two assessments, in concert, create the most comprehensive weight management picture for any individual trying to lose, maintain, or gain weight.

In-Body
Predicts body composition within ±3.5% by sending a low-level current through the body to measure how well the body conducts electricity, an indicator of how much fat is present.

Bod-Pod
This non-invasive procedure is a common and convenient method for calculating body fat and fat-free mass with an accuracy of ±3.5%. The Bod Pod measures a subject's mass and volume via air displacement to determine body density.

Aerobic Fitness (VO2 Max)
Measure your aerobic fitness using state-of-the-art metabolic gas analysis, analyzing maximal oxygen consumption & carbon dioxide production during exercises to exhaustion on your modality of choice (treadmill or bike).

Anaerobic Power and Capacity (Wingate Cycle Test)
Measure your anaerobic fitness, which reflects the maximum power a person is capable of producing anaerobically, as well as your individual rate of fatigue.

Ventilatory/Lactate Threshold
Determine your lactate threshold via ventilatory threshold estimation with state-of-the-art metabolic gas analysis or intermittent blood sampling during exercise protocols to exhaustion on your modality of choice (treadmill or bike).
